Museum technique

This museum is designed to have maximum utility with minimum maintenance.
Hence it has mainly dry specimen to preserve structures in the extremities.
Only organs are immersed in preserving fluid. Most of the muscles are therefore
preserved dry.

For histology a special program is designed to assist diagnosis of tissue sections.

Embryology relies heavily on clay models while neuroanatomy uses coronal gross
sections of the brain and Pal-Weigert stained photographed sections.
